- Step Three: Await an opening, and earn a Student ID Card. Currently, Applicants are vying for positions in the Institute be competing in a comic-captioning contest here. Student cards are awarded for a variety of reasons, incluing contests, merit, fanart, fan fiction, and favor currying.
